What's an uninhibited yoga practice?

See my right knee? Why won't it touch the floor?

My right knee won’t touch the floor because my hip flexors are still tight, and I was born with a natural internal rotation in my hips, making external rotation a real challenge. And guess what? That’s totally okay!

The yoga I want to share with you here is all about uninhibited practice—letting go of judgment, releasing the pressure to be perfect, and simply enjoying the process of connecting with your body where it’s at.

Sure, it's easier said than done, but it really comes down to learning to love your body as it is, focusing on intention rather than chasing perfection.

There’s no need to compare yourself to others—just observe and celebrate your own progress as your flexibility, mobility, and strength naturally improve with regular practice. Because trust me, they will!

Kindness and patience are essential, and yoga gives us the tools to relax, release, and open up, no matter where we’re starting. The journey is ongoing, and that’s the beauty of it.
