Yoga is therapeutic. A regular practice will bring wellness to your body and mind.

All classes start with some breathing techniques to help you ground yourself. I then guide you through movements and poses aimed at developing strength, mobility and flexibility. With the help of bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, I encourage an authentic connection with yourself while we are either holding poses a little longer, or we go through more dynamic vinyasa flows.

 

None of my classes are workout classes inspired by yoga movements. I teach the foundations of the poses with the right intention to connect your body and your mind through the breath. Attention is brought to how you feel and not how you look.

Group classes

Level 1 | Suitable for beginners

This class is designed to make yoga accessible to beginners and individuals with various physical abilities, injuries, or limitations. The use of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, or chairs helps participants achieve and maintain yoga poses comfortably and safely.

Supported yoga is beneficial for people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and those recovering from injuries. It allows individuals to experience the benefits of yoga, such as improved flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction, with the added support to accommodate their unique needs and circumstances. This approach emphasizes creating a safe and comfortable environment for the practice, promoting inclusivity and adaptability in yoga sessions.

Level 1-2 | Suitable for beginners and those with prior exposure to yoga

This class introduces inversions and more challenging poses, building on the expectation that participants know the basic foundations of the poses.

Relaxation classes

Deep relaxation is a soothing yoga class designed to nurture your body and mind. The session begins with gentle movements and self-massage, expressing care for your body. As you recline into restorative poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows, a guided relaxation unfolds. Through a gentle body scan and various tension-releasing techniques, you'll be led into a profound state of calm.

Private classes

Contact me to schedule a private class. This can be organized wherever suits you best: your home, your work place, a park or my place. You decide.

The greatest advantage of private classes lies in the personalized attention and tailored guidance I can offer to each student. In private sessions, I have the opportunity to deeply understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

 

This allows me to craft practices that are specifically designed to meet you where you are on your yoga journey, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. By working one-on-one, I can provide detailed alignment cues, modifications, and adjustments to help you refine your practice and deepen your understanding of yoga postures and techniques.

 

The intimate setting of private classes also creates a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth. I will provide all necessary props.

I am dedicated to helping you improve your physical and mental wellbeing through a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that you can safely practice on your own. All props that maybe needed could be as simple as a towel in place of a mat, some books instead of blocks and a comfy pillow to replace a bolster.
