Select your preferred language for yoga classes! I offer sessions in English and French, catering to both native speakers and non-native speakers. All levels are welcome in an inclusive and supportive environment. Join me and discover the joy of yoga in the language that resonates with you.

Location: Home or Studio

Choose the setting that suits your preference for yoga classes! You can opt for a semi-private experience by booking sessions in my home, located in Mountain View, where classes can be conducted inside or outside, surrounded by nature's tranquility. Alternatively, you can select the privatized fitness studio conveniently located near the Westfield Valley Fair Mall, offering a cozy atmosphere for your practice. Whichever location you choose, you'll enjoy personalized attention and a comfortable environment to deepen your yoga journey.

Cancellation policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 12 hours before the class begins. Bookings can be made on the website up until 12 hours before the class starts. If the class begins in less than 12 hours, please reach out to me directly to inquire about availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Level 1-2

Class will start with some breathing techniques to help you ground yourself. I will then guide you through movements and poses aimed at developing strength, mobility and flexibility.  Through the use of bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, I will encourage an authentic connection with yourself while we are either holding poses a little longer, or we go through more dynamic vinyasa flows. 

 

This is not a workout class inspired by yoga movements. This is a yoga class where we may take it slow at the beginning to work on our foundations. Attention must be brought on how you feel and not on how you look. Yoga isn't just about what happens on the mat, it's also about the choices we make every day, both on and off the mat, that shape our lives. I will give you tools to help you bring the yogic values to your daily life as this is part of our transformative journey. There is so much more to yoga than asanas (poses in Sanskrit).

Level 0-1

This class is designed to make yoga accessible to individuals with various physical abilities, injuries, or limitations. The use of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, or chairs helps participants achieve and maintain yoga poses comfortably and safely.

 

Supported yoga is beneficial for people of all ages and abilities, including seniors and those recovering from injuries. It allows individuals to experience the benefits of yoga, such as improved flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction, with the added support to accommodate their unique needs and circumstances. This approach emphasizes creating a safe and comfortable environment for the practice, promoting inclusivity and adaptability in yoga sessions.

Deep relaxation

Deep relaxation is a soothing yoga class designed to nurture your body and mind. The session begins with gentle movements and self-massage, expressing care for your body. As you recline into restorative poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows, a guided relaxation unfolds. Through a gentle body scan and various tension-releasing techniques, you'll be led into a profound state of calm. Perks will include nature sounds and a touch of essential oils. I will also spend time on each of you to give soft head massages.
