Yoga is therapeutic. A regular practice will bring wellness to your body and mind.

None of my classes are workout classes inspired by yoga movements. I teach the foundations of the poses with the right intention to connect your body and your mind through the breath.

My yoga classes are accessible to all abilities and experience levels. For beginners or those with limitations, props like blocks, bolsters, and straps help achieve poses safely and comfortably, ensuring everyone benefits from improved flexibility, relaxation, and stress relief. As participants progress, I adapt the practice, introducing more challenging poses like inversions, always keeping the environment safe and supportive.

Relaxation classes

Deep Relaxation is a soothing yoga class that nurtures body and mind. It starts with gentle movements and self-massage, followed by restorative poses with bolsters and blankets. A guided body scan then leads you into deep calm and tension release.

Private classes

Contact me to schedule a private class at your preferred location. Private sessions offer personalized attention, allowing me to tailor the practice to your unique needs, goals, and challenges. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, I'll provide detailed alignment cues, adjustments, and modifications to help refine your practice. Props are provided for a safe and supportive experience.

Online classes

Enjoy the benefits of yoga from home with online classes. I guide you through poses and breathing techniques to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. Simple props like a towel, books, or a pillow can easily replace yoga equipment.

Yoga & Tea

You may have tried yoga before and felt it wasn't for you because of your stiffness.

But yoga is for everyone, no matter how flexible!

I have plenty of easy stretches to share that can help open your shoulders, hips, and relieve those nagging back aches.

We'll begin with simple poses to release tension and improve posture, followed by a chat about some key yoga values over homemade chai and treats. For those interested, we'll end with a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi!
