My yoga classes are accessible to all abilities and experience levels. For beginners or those with limitations, props like blocks, bolsters, and straps help achieve poses safely and comfortably, ensuring everyone benefits from improved flexibility, relaxation, and stress relief. As participants progress, I adapt the practice, introducing more challenging poses like inversions, always keeping the environment safe and supportive.
My living room easily transforms into a calm, inviting yoga space with natural light, wooden floors, and a peaceful view of the patio and pool. In winter, the fireplace adds a cozy touch. When the weather is nice, we can practice outdoors on the patio or grass, surrounded by trees. The quiet neighborhood and connection to nature create a refreshing and peaceful setting for yoga.
